Libby Bergman PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, MTC specializes in the treatment of Orthopaedic dysfunctions of the spine and extremities. Libby is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Saint Augustine in 2007. She is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, (OCS), a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT) and holds a certification in Manual Therapy (MTC) from the University of Saint Augustine.
Libby is an active APTA member currently serving on the Orthopaedic Section Practice Committee and the Credentialing Services Committee for the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education. She recently completed a faculty appointment at the University of Saint Augustine where she developed curriculum and mentored clinicians in the Orthopaedic Residency and Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship programs. She is currently continuing education faculty for the University of Saint Augustine teaching the E2: Extremity Integration seminar nationally and internationally.
Libby is an active triathlete who has competed in four world championship events including the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii and the International Triathlon Union Age Group World Championships in Auckland, New Zealand. Libby enjoys spending time with her husband Neiland and two young boys Curren and Naish. She is eager to explore the Flathead region with her family and take up trail running, mountain biking, hiking and skiing after her recent move from Saint Augustine, Florida.

Zach Cupples, PT, DPT, CSCS, PRC, OCS

Zac has much experience working with the chronic pain, industrial, and athletic populations. His treatment process has a neuroscience foundation through principles taught by the Postural Restoration Institute and modern pain science. His ultimate goal is to give people that work with him independence.
Zac has formal training in various manual therapy to include Maitland, Mulligan, dermoneuromodulation, PRRT, and IASTM. He also has training in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS)/Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Graded Motor Imagery, and DNS according to Kolar.
Zac is currently a physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach for the Memphis Grizzlies.[/text_block]

Eric Chaconas, PT, DPT, CSCS, MTC, PhD, FAAOMT

Prior to joining the university, he worked as a physical therapist in both the outpatient orthopaedic and home health settings. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), as well as its Florida chapter (the FPTA), the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He serves as vice speaker of the FPTA’s Assembly of Representatives’ Board of Directors, and formerly served as chair of the FPTA’s Government Affairs Committee and as a FPTA federal affairs liaison.
Dr. Chaconas also regularly volunteers. He is currently on the Good Samaritan Health Centers’ Wildflower Clinic Board of Directors and volunteers at the Pink up the Pace breast cancer fundraising organization. He has also served as a volunteer physical therapist for the Good Samaritan Health Centers’ free medical clinic.
He was honored with the FPTA’s Rick Shutes Committee Service Award in 2011 and the APTA’s Emerging Leader Award in 2010. He is a 2008 AAOMPT Fellow, completed a Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) through the university in 2006, and an Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship in 2008. Dr. Chaconas is currently engaged in both research and clinical practice with an emphasis on orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation.[/text_block]

Steve Fell, PT, DPT, EXS, MTC, SCS

Prior to accepting the role with the RGV FC Toros, Steve was the Director of Sports Performance for Flagler College with the role of ensuring physical readiness for 14 varsity sports. Steve has also worked as an outpatient physical therapist where he was responsible for the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions with a focus on manual therapy.
Steve graduated from Towson University in 2005 with a degree in Exercise Science. While at Towson, Steve was a four year member of the Men’s soccer team where he later went on to play three seasons with the Baltimore Blast of the Major Indoor Soccer League. Afterward, Steve attended the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences where he obtained his Doctorate in Physiotherapy in 2012. Additionally, in 2015, Steve became a board certified sports physiotherapist and certified EXOS Performance Specialist.[/text_block]

Adam’s professional credentials include Licensure in Physical Therapy (IL) and Massage Therapy (IL), Fellow of Applied Functional Science (Gray Institute), Level III Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner, Enhance Running Technician, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) practitioner, and has been an Elite Provider of Active Release Technique (ART), . His professional career spans nearly two decades and includes clinical, management, consulting, education, performance/strength and conditioning , as well as ownership roles. His professional interests lie in a deeper understanding of human movement combined with manual medicine, and creating innovative therapy and business paradigms that facilitate the growth of his patients and colleagues. Adam presents internationally to fitness and rehabilitation professionals and is co-owner of REAL pt, located in Chicago.[/text_block]

Currently, Dr. Snyder specializes in the treatment of an athletic population with emphasis on hip, knee, and overhead throwing injuries. The rehabilitation of the injured athlete is different from the typical patient and requires a completely different treatment approach with emphasis on movement re-education and functional testing in order to determine the patient’s readiness to return to their chosen sport and prevent re-injury. Additionally, he has great deal of interest in manual and manipulative therapy and its role in the treatment of orthopedic and spinal conditions and is currently working towards earning the Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) designation through Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars in order to further his knowledge and expertise in this area.[/text_block]
